Some listings can be linked to a QR code that opens a public web page with the ad’s content when scanned.

- Ad Content: vehicle details, price, location area or city (if you add it), photos/videos, and associated metadata.
- Usage & Device: app and web interactions, device type, language, approximate location derived from IP, and identifiers such as push notification tokens.
- QR Interactions: when someone scans a QR code that opens an ad’s public web page, we may log the request including IP address, user-agent, time, and referrer.
- Communications: messages you send via in-app forms or support channels.
- Cookies & Similar: limited cookies/local storage for session management and analytics on the web experience.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain motoria, including creating, displaying, and promoting your listings.

- Legal & Safety: We may disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect rights, safety, and property.

QR Codes & Analytics
When a QR code is scanned, we may capture technical information (e.g., device/user-agent, IP address, time, approximate location from IP, and referrer) to route the request, prevent abuse, and understand engagement with your ad. This information is processed under legitimate interests to provide and secure the service.
Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as necessary to operate motoria, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of motoria’s applications, websites, and services for creating and browsing vehicle sale advertisements, including features that connect ads to QR codes leading to public web pages.
1) Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and comply with applicable laws.
- Keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
2) Listings, Accuracy & Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings and media (photos/videos).
- Disclose material information truthfully (e.g., vehicle condition, accidents, ownership status).
- Do not post prohibited content, including illegal items, infringing material, or misleading claims.
3) QR Code Features
- You may link your listing to a unique QR code. Scanning it opens a public page with your ad content.
- Do not misuse QR codes (e.g., placing them in illegal contexts, spoofing, or linking to non-motoria content).
- We may log scans and related technical data to operate, secure, and improve the feature.
4) Payments & Third-Party Deals
- motoria may offer paid promotional or premium features. Fees, if any, will be disclosed at purchase.
- Transactions for vehicles are between buyers and sellers. motoria is not a party to such sales.
- Avoid off-platform payments requested by unknown parties. You assume risk for off-platform dealings.
5) Acceptable Use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or security bypassing.
- No spam, fraud, impersonation, or harassment.
- No uploading malware or content that violates others’ rights.
6) Intellectual Property & Takedowns
- You retain rights to your content. By posting, you grant motoria a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the service, including via QR-linked pages.
- Report alleged infringement via the in-app support form with sufficient details for review.
7) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
- motoria is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party information.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, motoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits.
8) Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risk, fraud, or technical reasons.
- You may stop using the service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
9) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Jordan shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest version.
